Kim’s a motivational speaker first, and a talent scout second; fostering hope, and encouraging everyone she meets to DREAM BIG! Throughout her 25 year career, Kim has launched literally thousands of artists, now appearing on Broadway, in films, TV series, voice-overs, International fashion runways, magazines, billboards, and so much more!
Rick's been guiding and developing aspiring new artists for over 20 years! With a degree in Music Education, and Vocal Training, he is uniquely able to prepare them for an experience of a lifetime! Working with potential actors, models, singers, and dancers on their overall performance, stage presence, and delivery, he encourages everyone to pursue their dreams with hard work and perseverance.
Christina brings a wealth of knowledge and an extensive list of success stories with her years as a talent agent! In addition, she has worked as a fashion stylist, acting coach, talent consultant, and has placed many artists in major fashion and production castings nationally.

Alex has been apart of the ARTS for his entire life. Learning from a young age, he has been exposed to the unique roller coaster of this industry, and has had a front row seat in witnessing the launch of hundreds of stars!! Working in our main office, alongside our team in all of the planning and producing of the ARTS big events in Los Angeles & Orlando.

Ashley brings literally a lifetime of experience to the ARTS team! The second generation of the ARTS organization, she
shares the joy and excitement of guiding and directing artists to their fullest potential. Ashley works in our main office, interacting with all of our ARTS families, as she guides each one toward the ARTS experience!
Lawrence has been with the ARTS from the moment we held our first audition, and he’s worked with countless international successful runway models and actors! Lawrence brings a unique approach to working with our aspiring artists, making each experience not only educational, but a lot of fun!
Linda’s been an educator and counselor for over 30 years, and has a wealth of experience working with people of all ages. With a Masters Degree in Education Counseling, she has dedicated her life to guiding others in the pursuit of their dreams. Linda also travels with our International Scout, and continues to build our educational platform.
Chris began dancing at the age of 14. At the age of 19, he decided to pursue his dreams of becoming a professional dancer. In February of 2017 he made the move to LA. His heart, love, and passion for life, dance, and people are what drive him to become the best version of himself to have an impact and inspire others to do the same.

Robyn Minnette has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 15 years, a Hollywood Mom and a successful LA Talent Agent. Her son, Dylan Minnette, plays Clay Jensen on the popular Netflix 13 Reasons Why, along with many television/film credits since he was 7 years old. Robyn has aligned herself with the ARTS, offering her knowledge and expertise in scouting new talent; with a unique understanding as an industry expert, but most importantly the heart and soul of a mother.
Julie holds a degree in Music Education and has more than 15 years of Musical Theater experience on stage, and directing! This alone uniquely qualifies her to prepare and develop aspiring talent for the ARTS stage, but her cheerful personality and comprehensive teaching approach is second to none!
With a degree in vocal music and experience as a professional performer, Beth is well equipped to assist aspiring ARTS performers. Her daughter is an ARTS Alumni who signed with a national modeling agency and has worked on “Say Yes To the Dress” on the TLC network, which also uniquely enables Beth to advise and help parents. Her excitement and passion for helping performers prepare for their ARTS experience, and beyond, is evident in all she does.
Matthew's passion is hands down the performing arts! An accomplished singer/songwriter and actor who has performed on stages throughout the United States, including NBC's The Voice, and ARTS International. With 23 years of experience in directing, performing live theatre, various vocal ensembles, along with a bachelor's degre in music. Matt eagerly helps aspiring artists to unearth and polish their unique gifts and talents; we are thrilled to have him on our ARTS Development team!

Karen Workman is the mom of three young actors and the author of Baby Steps to Hollywood. Karen regularly speaks at industry events and her book is an invaluable resource for parents of aspiring child actors. As an ARTS mom, she has attended many of our showcases in Orlando and Hollywood, but also now joins our scouting team!
Brooke has a lifetime of experience in dance and performance, and as a signed artist with a leading commercial agency, she has been cast for TV commercials, print work, and countless productions on stage! Brooke works in our main office, and has constant interaction with our rising stars, guiding them toward their experience on the ARTS stage!
